We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how to get started on a return:

Welles Return Policy:


Returns:


All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



Return Instructions:


To return an item, place the item securely in its original box and attach the return label. 



Refunds:


Items marked ‘final sale’ cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged one time for a different size only at the original purchasing price. If your preferred size is sold out, you will not be eligible for an exchange.


A restocking fee of $8 applies if you return all items from your order.


Returns are free if you keep at least one item from your order. There is no fee for exchanges or store credit.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.


 


Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Defective or damaged items - Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange for a damaged item.

  • Embroidered items cannot be returned
