We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how to get started on a return:

First, locate your order number. Your order number is the seven-digit reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email. Can’t find it? Contact Us

Welles Return Policy:


Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



Return Instructions:
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label. 



Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.



Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Defective or damaged items - Please contact us to initiate a return or exchanged for a damaged item.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

  • Embroidered items cannot be returned
